1. About Proud Daddy

Proud Daddy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an e-commerce store offering personalized, print-on-demand shirts featuring AI-generated artwork created from photos provided by customers. Our contact email is prouddaddymommy@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. AI-Generated Artwork — Your Photo

A core feature of Proud Daddy is generating unique line-art portraits from photos you upload. This section explains your rights and responsibilities when using this feature.

When you upload a photo, we send it to OpenAI's API, which processes the image and returns AI-generated artwork. That artwork is then printed on your shirt.

By submitting a photo you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have explicit permission from the person(s) pictured to use it for this purpose.
• The photo does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
• The photo does not depict illegal content.

You grant Proud Daddy a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploaded photo solely to generate AI artwork for your order. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

3d. AI artwork ownership

The AI-generated artwork produced from your photo is unique to your order. Proud Daddy does not claim ownership of the generated image. However, because AI outputs cannot be guaranteed to be entirely original works, we make no warranties regarding intellectual property status of the generated image beyond the scope of your personal order.

4. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• An order confirmation email does not guarantee stock or fulfillment in the event of an error in pricing or availability.
• Shirts are produced on demand after your order is placed. Production typically takes 3–7 business days.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because every shirt is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Defects and errors: If your shirt arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at prouddaddymommy@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect sizing information provided at checkout or by photos of insufficient resolution for quality printing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Proud Daddy name, logo, design, text, and graphics (except user-uploaded photos) — is the property of Proud Daddy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from this site without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not have the right to use.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any person's rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific results from the AI artwork generation process — final art style and quality may vary based on the photo provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proud Daddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services, including but not limited to: damages related to AI image processing by third-party providers, delays in shipping, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated artwork results.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers including OpenAI (AI generation), Printify (fulfillment), and payment processors. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third parties. Links to their policies:

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
