• Shipping information — delivery address and postal code.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Newsletter subscription — email address, collected when you opt in.
• Photos you upload — images you provide to generate AI-based artwork. See Section 4 for important details.

We also collect information automatically:

• Browser type, device information, and IP address.
• Pages visited, time spent on the site, and referring URLs.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfill your orders, including printing and shipping.
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support messages.
• Send our newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Generate AI artwork from the photo you upload (see Section 4).
• Improve the website, detect fraud, and ensure security.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate our business:

• Printify — our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Your name, shipping address, and order details are shared to produce and deliver your shirt.
• Payment processors — handle payment transactions securely under their own privacy standards.
• Supabase — stores newsletter subscriber emails in a secure database.
• OpenAI — processes the photo you upload to generate AI artwork. See Section 4 for full details.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. AI Artwork Generation & Your Photos

Proud Daddy uses OpenAI's APIto convert the photo you upload into a unique piece of line art that is printed on your shirt. When you upload a photo through our website, that image is transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing.

By uploading a photo you also confirm that:

• You own the photo or have the legal right to share it.
• The photo does not violate any third party's rights.
• You grant Proud Daddy a limited license to use the photo solely for the purpose of generating your order's artwork.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order information as long as necessary to fulfill our legal and business obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records under Israeli law). Newsletter emails are stored until you unsubscribe. Uploaded photos are not stored on our servers beyond the time required to generate your artwork.

We use cookies to operate the shopping cart, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. See our Cookie Policy for full details and instructions on how to opt out.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
